Triple H Promotes New Landscape In WWE
Triple H is pushing the idea that there’s a new landscape in WWE.
There have been past editions of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event over the last year with big matches but no title changes, and nothing too significant has happened since.
Because WWE runs Raw and SmackDown every week, plus PLE shows monthly, it’s hard to make Saturday Night’s Main Event feel like a big deal every time.
At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City, it felt like a bigger deal because CM Punk beat Jey Uso to win the vacant World Heavyweight Title, which means Punk is now a 7-time WWE World Champion. This time around, Punk did not lose the World Title in five minutes like at SummerSlam due to Seth Rollins cashing in Money in the Bank on him.
Jade Cargill also won big at SNME by beating Tiffany Stratton to become the WWE Women’s Champion for the first time. Stratton was dealing with a knee injury during the match, while Cargill secured a dominant win in under 10 minutes.
After CM Punk’s victory, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, congratulated Punk on the win, but there was no photo yet because Triple H missed the show.
Triple H Believes There’s A New Landscape In WWE
Now that CM Punk is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H remarked on X/Twitter that it’s
