Triple H Promotes AAA TripleMania, How To Watch

Triple H WWE

Triple is excited for Triplemania.

During AAA’s most recent taping on July 25, Mega Champion El Hijo Del Vikingo issued an open challenge. This saw Dragon Lee step up before El Grande Americano also got in on the action.

As the three men stood in the ring, a mysterious attacker jumped Lee and Vikingo. The stranger was quickly revealed to be Dominik Mysterio. The Intercontinental Champion cut a promo in Spanish to a monster reaction, and it was later announced that he’d be part of a four-way match for the AAA Mega Championship at Triplemania XXXIII on August 16.

Posting on social media after the event, Triple H declared Mysterio a star and revealed that Triplemania will be broadcast on YouTube.

“@luchalibreaaa is on fire.

Last night in Mexico City…Wall-to-wall action from every match, a sing-along with El Grande Americano, and proof that no matter where he is…@DomMysterio35 is a STAR.

#TripleMania streams on YouTube August 16 from Mexico City…are you ready?”

Triple H Not Interested In Re-Signing Controversial Star

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that Triple H has no interest in working with former World Champion Alberto Del Rio. The controversial star has been wrestling for AAA since 2023, but his future became a huge topic of conversation after it was announced that WWE had acquired the company.

However, despite that speculation, WWE’s position hasn’t changed.

The star, who has been performing as Alberto El Patron, recently lost to El Mesias with the stipulation that he now leave AAA. Interestingly, there’s a belief that he is legitimately done with the company, at least for the time being.

Sources expect El Patron to make efforts to eventually make efforts to return to both companies.
