Triple H Opens Door For Controversial WWE Star To Return

Triple H WWE Raw

Triple H says a big-name WWE star could return.

Brock Lesnar hasn’t been seen in WWE for a little under a year, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be back. The star hasn’t been seen on WWE television since being beaten by Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023 after plans to bring him back at the Royal Rumble were scrapped.

Back in January, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE. The lawsuit contained allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking, and although he wasn’t named directly, Lesnar was also implicated. It was reported that the “former UFC Champion and WWE Superstar” named in the filing was Lesnar.

In the wake of the filing, plans to use Lesnar at the Royal Rumble were dropped, and he was removed from all creative moving forward.

Despite this, while speaking to the Daily Mail, Triple H admitted the company would be “open to the conversation” should Lesnar want to return.

“You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock does his own thing. He’s up in Canada I’m sure, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. If and when he decides that he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation. But, we’ll see.”

Triple H And Nick Khan Fly To London For WrestleMania Talks

The comments came while Triple H and Nick Khan were in London to meet with Sadiq Khan to discuss holding WrestleMania in the city.

Back in April the Mayor of London stated that he’d like to bring the spectacular to the English capital, and The Game said he’d love to talk. It’s now been revealed that the pair along with the WWE President met at London’s City Hall to discuss their “shared ambition” to hold WrestleMania in London.

The Mayor later described the talks as “productive,” adding it was exciting to be working with the sports entertainment giant.
