Triple H Confirms Major Match For WWE Money In The Bank

Triple H WWE Raw Netflix

A big match has been announced for WWE Money In The Bank.

At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Cody Rhodes made his long-awaited return to WWE television. The American Nightmare had been absent since losing the Undisputed WWE Championship to John Cena at WrestleMania 41, who captured the World Title for a record 17th time.

At the May 24 special, Jey Uso had been battling Logan Paul as he looked to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. However, with Uso on the verge of victory, Cena got involved and pulled the referee from the ring.

As Cena put the boots to Uso, Rhodes made his return and evened the score, allowing the champion to walk out with the title. After the match, Rhodes challenged Cena and Paul to face him and Uso at Money In The Bank.

In a post on social media, WWE boss Triple H has now put the official stamp on the match. It had previously been reported that the bout would include Travis Scott, but it seems he won’t be stepping in the ring, even if he’s expected to appear at the event.

It’s official.
