Triple H Confirms Last-Minute Changes To WWE Raw

Triple H WWE

Triple H has paid tribute to WWE’s road crew.

On January 15th, WWE Raw headed to North Little Rock, Arkansas, but the journey was far from straightforward. A wave of bad weather caused havoc for the company’s traveling band of wrestlers and crew, meaning many struggled to even make it to the venue.

The show’s attendance also took a hit, something referenced on commentary. Once the episode was on the air, fans were quick to comment on the different stage and ramp setup up and it seems the changes weren’t originally planned.

Posting on social media, Triple H paid tribute to WWE’s crew for getting the show on the air, revealing that the set was redesigned at less than 24 hours’ notice.

I can’t say enough about the amazing job our talent, crew and staff did these last few days.

Through winter storms, blizzards and incredibly tough travel, they did what needed to be done to put on a show for the

… which included completely redesigning #WWERaw on less than 24 hours’ notice.

They really are the best in the business. To put it simply, I couldn’t be more proud or grateful.

Triple H Made Changes To Roman Reigns’ Creative

The January 15th episode of Raw was WWE’s latest stop on the road to the Royal Rumble which takes place in a little under two weeks. At the show, Roman Reigns will put the Undisputed WWE Universal Title on the line against AJ Styles, Randy Orton, and LA Knight — although that wasn’t always the plan.

It’s been reported that Roman Reigns’ original creative was changed by Triple H and WWE management, and a planned singles match with Orton was scrapped. It’s believed that WWE had reservations over having Orton lose so soon into his return.
