Triple H Heading To The White House

Triple H WWE

Triple H is heading to Washington, D.C., in the days before SummerSlam.

It’s been announced that Triple H will be among several sports figures to appear at an executive order signing by Donald Trump on July 31. NFL legend Lawrence Taylor, current NFL star Harrison Butker, and golfers Bryson DeChambeau and Annika Sorenstam will also be on hand.

The executive order will see the Presidential Fitness Test officially revived, as President Trump expands his council on sports, fitness, and nutrition.

As noted by CNN, the test was originally used between 1966 and 2012 before being scrapped and replaced by former President Barack Obama.

“The test, which will be administered by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., brings back the fitness challenge that permeated public schools from 1966 to 2012 and anointed children who received the highest scores with presidential recognition. Former President Barack Obama abandoned the test in 2012 and replaced it with an assessment called the FitnessGram, focused on bettering individual health.”

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt issued the following statement:

“President Trump wants every young American to have the opportunity to emphasize healthy, active lifestyles — creating a culture of strength and excellence for years to come,”

WWE: Unreal Used To Push Triple H Agenda?

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that WWE: Unreal was simply a vehicle to elevate Triple H’s profile in the wider sporting and entertainment world. It was suggested that the WWE boss was presented as the “mastermind” behind the company, and a powerful figurehead, akin to Dana White in UFC.

The documentary premiered on Netflix on July 29, promising to give fans a deeper look behind the scenes in WWE than ever before, even taking viewers into the usually secret writers’ room. However, the series has also come in for significnat criticism, with several reports claiming various segments filmed were staged.
