Triple H Names Current Champion As Most Improved in WWE

SummerSlam 2025 was a blockbuster event, showcasing some of WWE’s brightest stars, and one standout performer was Naomi.

Naomi successfully defended her Women’s World Championship in a thrilling triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. She retained the title to walk away with her head held high, thus proving that she deserves to remain a top competitor in WWE’s women’s division.

Triple H Praises Naomi After SummerSlam

After her impressive SummerSlam performance, Triple H acknowledged Naomi’s growth during the post-show coverage. He spoke highly of her, praising how she had suddenly made such an incredible change in herself. He also pointed out her performances, which have also drastically improved.

Triple H said, “And I think Naomi, to me, she might be one of those people where even though she’s been here for a long time, all of a sudden, most improved, where she has just come out of her shell, and for whatever reason, I don’t know if the stuff with Jade (Cargill), that whole situation but something motivated her to take it to another level and she is, and what a moment tonight with her dad.” [H/T Fightful]

Naomi’s next challenger will be Stephanie Vaquer. She will put the title on the line against La Primera at Clash in Paris. Vaquer earned this title opportunity following an impressive performance at WWE Evolution, where she defeated 20 other competitors in a battle royal.
