Triple H Aiming To Make “Creative Splash” At SummerSlam
Triple H has only been in creative control of WWE for a matter of days, but changes could already be on the way.
SummerSlam was already shaping up to be an incredibly important show, but recent events have meant that the summer spectacular has taken on increased significance.
Following the retirement of Vince McMahon, Triple H was installed as Head of Creative, as his wife Stephanie McMahon became Chairwoman and co-CEO with Nick Khan. This in turn means that SummerSlam will be the first WWE pay-per-view/Premium Live Event to take place without Vince McMahon calling the creative shots.
As a result, many fans are hoping for, and in some cases expecting changes. The Game has a significant amount of good-will built up with WWE fans owing to his hugely successful time with NXT.
It has now been reported by Wrestle Votes that Triple H is looking to make a “creative splash” at the event. However, the report does also note that these changes will only be made if they are deemed to make sense.
With SummerSlam being his real first show in total control, source says Triple H would like to make a creative splash at the event, HOWEVER- only if it’s makes sense. Won’t just do something to do it.
How about that change of pace, already.

According to a new report, Triple H held a meeting with talent ahead of the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw at Madison Square Garden.
Talent reportedly left the meeting with an air of optimism given the changes which have been proposed under the new regime.
It is also noted that Triple H promised the talent a level of transparency, something which it was seemingly felt wasn’t there whilst Vince McMahon was at the helm. The report also states that he said he wants there to be an open line of communication, which many didn’t feel was possible with McMahon as they would have to wait hours for a meeting and in general time with the former Chairman had been dwindling.
In a final comment, Triple H made it clear he wants work to be fun, something which helped to lift the mood of the talent.
