Triple H Announces Historic WWE Rivalry Is Officially Over
WWE fans will never see two major stars wrestle each other ever again.
Between 2016 and 2017, John Cena had a historic rivalry with AJ Styles. The two superstars squared off multiple times, including once where The Last Real Champion defeated The Phenomenal One in a WWE World Championship match.
The historic rivalry was reignited after Wrestlepalooza earlier this year when Cena took to Twitter to ask WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H and Styles to listen to the fans and agree to one more match.
After The Phenomenal One accepted Cena’s challenge, The Game made the official announcement that the two would go one-on-one at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia.
