Top RAW Star May Get Traded To SmackDown For Major Storyline
Solo Sikoa recently revealed the name of his new faction as MFT or My Family Tree.
With Sikoa as their leader, the team comprises JC Mateo, Tanga Loa, and Tala Tonga. Tama Tonga is still on the sidelines due to an injury suffered earlier in the year.
MFT obliterated Jacob Fatu and Jimmy Uso after their tag team match on the July 4 SmackDown episode.
The babyfaces are clearly outnumbered and need backup. Jey Uso may momentarily deflect from his singles run to assist his brother and cousin.
Still, they will need another member to match the numbers, and this is where a WWE RAW superstar could be traded to the blue brand.
Sam Roberts discussed the potential talent swap on the latest episode of the Notsam Wrestling podcast.
Solo’s group created a real threat on SmackDown. So, it feels like you need a high profile group to combat them.
You could, I mean, Sami Zayn is in the middle of a story with Karrion Kross right now. You could pull off a super trade, where LA Knight goes to RAW, Sami Zayn goes to SmackDown…and then Jey comes over cos he and Sami are close. You could do Jey and Jimmy and Sami and Jacob. [22:38 onward]
Sami Zayn Attacked By Karrion Kross On WWE RAW, Again
Sami Zayn, putting off Karrion Kross as his priority, came to bite him once again on WWE RAW.
Zayn was scheduled for a singles match against Bron Breakker when he was asked about Kross’s attack last week during a backstage interview with Jackie Redmond.
The Canadian star claimed to want revenge on the former NXT Champion, but his focus now was on Breakker.
As Zayn made his way out for the match, he was attacked by Karrion Kross, who again hit him on his injured ribs with a steel pipe.
Sami Zayn, however, went ahead with the match and was beaten comprehensively, as Bron hit him with three Spears.
With Zayn and his former Bloodline teammate Jimmy involved in their struggles, would a talent swap be advised?
