Tony Khan’s Set Of Balls Admired By AEW Star
Tony Khan suffered a vicious attack on Dynamite at the hands of The Elite but one AEW star has credited the company’s “golden goose” for his set of balls.
Jack Perry made a shock return to AEW at Dynasty, helping The Young Bucks win the AEW World Tag Team Championship and looked to make peace on Dynamite after being suspended for his part in the altercation with CM Punk back at All In.
Tony Khan agreed to meet Perry in the ring and sealed his return to the roster with a hearty handshake. However, Perry stunned everyone when he nailed Khan in the gut with a microphone. That brought out The Young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada who wondered what Perry was doing. However, The Elite’s plot soon became clear as The Bucks dropped Khan with a TK Driver at the behest of The Rainmaker.
Tony Khan appeared throughout the NFL Draft in his role for the Jacksonville Jaguars wearing a neck brace to sell the attack and it did not go unnoticed.
Don Callis Admires Tony Khan’s Balls
Speaking on the Battleground Podcast, Don Callis gave his thoughts on The Bucks’ shocking attack on Tony Khan and says Matthew and Nicholas Jackson have finally taken his advice:
The Young Bucks, who to me have been the most obsequious, annoying punks that I’ve ever been around in professional wrestling, they’re finally doing now what I encouraged them to do three years ago, use the EVP titles for your own benefit. They finally figured it out.
They’re not that smart. If you were smart, you wouldn’t live in a place like Rancho Cucamonga in a compound. Who wants their family around them all the time? It’s terrible. People say you can’t choose your family. I’ve chosen mine because the one you get saddled with at birth is not always the one that works out for you.
Callis then gave his thoughts on Tony Khan soldiering on through the NFL Draft following the attack and credited the AEW boss’ testicular fortitude:
So what I will say is, they have attacked Tony Khan, which to me was quite shocking. You want to talk about the golden goose, Tony’s the reason we’re all here. I don’t always see eye-to-eye with Tony, but Tony’s the man in terms of us all having a place to ply our trade.
I am a big NFL Draft junkie, and I was hunkered down for four straight hours, five hours, watching the NFL Draft. I have to say, I was pretty impressed with Tony Khan showing up at that thing, neck brace on, whatever. Tony might not be seven feet tall and 400 pounds, but boy, I’ll tell you, the kid’s got a set of balls on him. So I got a new respect for Tony Khan, seeing him step in, doing that deal at the draft. Great to see him and his father there.
Don Callis raised eyebrows on Dynamite in Winnipeg as he inserted himself in the issues between Orange Cassidy and Trent Beretta, as the conniving star whispered a message to the former AEW International Champion after he confronted his former Best Friend.
