Tony Khan On Why Warner Bros Discovery Is “Fully Committed” To AEW

Tony Khan is letting everyone know that AEW won’t be losing its place with Warner Bros Discovery.

One of the biggest challenges AEW has faced over the past four years has been its weekly TV ratings. Although they have held steady and consistent, the show has seen relatively little growth. Most weeks Dynamite averages between 650,000 and 900,000 viewers, and only a small handful of episodes have gone above that upper number.

Because of this perceived lack of growth, some fans have begun wondering if AEW risks losing its spot with Warner Bros Discovery. However, Tony Khan has given fans his personal assurance that there’s nothing to worry about.

Speaking to POST Wrestling, Tony Khan told people not to worry about whatever’s going on between AEW and Warner Bros Discovery.

“I don’t want to talk too much about the contract we have with Warner Brothers Discovery, but I definitely have some pretty favorable things in there. And given the commitment that Warner Brothers Discovery is making for AEW with ‘Collision’ and ‘Dynamite,’

I think it really shows they’re fully committed to AEW. We just also had ‘AEW All Access’ also launch on Max, in addition to being on TBS every Wednesday night, and on TNT every Friday and now every Saturday night.”
