Tony Khan Asked About Vince McMahon Netflix Documentary

Vince McMahon Tony Khan WWE AEW

Tony Khan is more focused on AEW than disgraced former WWE boss Vince McMahon.

On September 25th, the long-awaited Vince McMahon docuseries finally premiered on Netflix laying bare the success and controversy surrounding the former WWE boss. Since its release, the six-part series has been the talk of the wrestling town, but it seems it holds little interest for Tony Khan.

During an appearance on Quinn & Cantara, Khan was asked whether he’d seen the documentary.

“No, I’ve been so busy with football and wrestling that I have not seen that documentary. I’ve not gotten to watch that. I’m mostly focused here on what we’re doing in AEW. I do love watching wrestling all over the world,”

When it was put to Khan that McMahon had done a lot for wrestling, the AEW boss turned the conversation back to his own company.

“I’ve never met him and have never really worked with him. I have grown up as a wrestling fan and historian of the pro wrestling business, so absolutely, we love being the challenger promotion and trying to grow and build AEW from the ground up. It’s only been five years and we’ve done a lot in that time.”

WWE Superstar Has “No Bad Words” For Vince McMahon

Despite the allegations and lawsuit hanging over his former boss, WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil said he has nothing bad to say about Vince McMahon.

The WWE Hall of Fame Warrior Award Winner said there’s no way that what McMahon built can be erased, adding “he’s human, just like anyone else.”

Following a lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant, McMahon is currently under a federal investigation regarding allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault.
