Tony Khan Announces Huge AEW All In Match After Press Event Chaos

AEW Tony Khan

Tony Khan has confirmed another match for AEW All In.

From the moment that Britt Baker returned to AEW at Forbidden Door, she’s had her sights set on Mercedes Mone. However, that pursuit has come at a cost.

On the July 24th episode of Dynamite, Baker was attacked by the debuting Kamille under instruction from Mone.

The animosity even spilled over during a panel at San Diego ComicCon. The two women got into a heated altercation and ended up being pulled apart as they tried to brawl across the stage. In the middle of the chaos, Tony Khan announced that Mone will defend her TBS Championship against Baker at Wembley Stadium at All In.

Tony Khan Takes New Shot At WWE

Meanwhile, Tony Khan has blasted WWE accusing the company of planting fake stories about AEW in the media.

During a media call ahead of ROH Death Before Dishonor, Khan claimed that stories suggesting he had agreed a new media rights deal with Warner Bros Discovery came from WWE PR.

The AEW boss said “WWE PR really gets involved in a lot of things they shouldn’t get involved in,” while reiterating that he’s confident of securing a big deal for AEW. But crucially, he remains adamant that one is yet to be agreed.
