Tony Khan Addresses Britt Baker’s AEW All Out Absence

Britt Baker AEW

Britt Baker made a huge return to AEW in the summer of 2024 and now Tony Khan has addressed her absence from the card at All Out.

Britt Baker made her huge return to AEW at Forbidden Door where she set her sights on Mercedes Mone. Baker faced her old rival Hikaru Shida as well as Harley Cameron in matches before she was part of All In. At All In, Baker challenged Mone for the TBS Title but The CEO came out on top.

Mone was back in action at All Out as she saw off the challenge of Hikaru Shida but Britt Baker had to sit this show out.

Speaking at the All Out media scrum, Tony Khan addressed Britt Baker’s status in the company after she missed out on a spot on the pay-per-view card:

It was great to get Dr Britt Baker back at AEW All In, Wembley Stadium. It was a great show tonight, and she’s a big part of the AEW roster, she was a big part of AEW All In.

Obviously, tonight, we saw a lot of intense matches, intense rivalries, and as we approach the coming weeks, it’s exciting times. The events are coming fast and furious, it’s that time of year going from All In to All Out, now heading into Grand Slam in New York and into WrestleDream.

Absolutely, Dr Britt Baker’s an important part of the roster, and it’s something to keep an eye on when we’ll see Dr Britt Baker, when we’ll hear from her, and what we’ll see next.

What Does AEW Have Planned For Upcoming Shows?

It remains to be seen what Tony Khan has planned for the Grand Slam and WrestleDream shows. The only match pencilled in for Grand Slam so far is Darby Allin facing Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Championship after Allin earned that title shot in the Royal Rampage match back in July.

Whether that match actually takes place or not remains to be seen as the turncoat Jon Moxley wants “a conversation” with Darby Allin. Moxley and the Blackpool Combat Club – minus Wheeler Yuta – turned on Bryan Danielson at All Out after he retained his AEW World Title against Jack Perry.
