Tony Khan Wants To Break Huge Record At AEW All In 2025

AEW President Tony Khan

All In 2024 might not have even taken place yet but AEW boss Tony Khan is excited about trying to break another record when the show heads to Texas in 2025.

Ahead of All In 2024, it was announced that the event won’t take place at Wembley Stadium in 2025. Instead, the huge stadium show will be held at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas on July 12, 2025.

AEW claimed an all-time attendance record with its first All In show in 2023 and following the announcement of the move to the Lone Star State, Tony Khan is eyeing up another record.

Tony Khan Hopes To Break Record With AEW All In

Speaking to The Dallas Morning News, AEW boss Tony Khan revealed he’s hoping to break the Globe Life Field attendance record of 43,598 that was set at a concert by country singer Morgan Wallen:

We think we have a chance to set the all-time attendance record. That would be pretty cool.

Tony Khan also explained what it meant to bring All In to Texas and credited the fans in the state for always delivering when AEW comes to town:

It is a huge announcement on many, many levels. AEW All In is such an important event in sports, and it’s one of the most marquee nights in pro wrestling. I think for us, it’s the end-all, be-all. To announce the location is very special to us and Arlington, Texas, it’s a very special place. And the timing of this is so … the timing of this feels like kismet. It’s so incredible that we’ve been able to come to Arlington and have this run of shows that has been so energetic and fun to go to the Esports Stadium and put on shows every weekend.

I think that the energy of the Texas wrestling fans is unparalleled, and we’ve been waiting for so long to make this announcement. For so long, fans have asked, when is AEW going to do a pay-per-view in Texas? It comes up all the time. And every time we do a show in Texas, the fans deliver. And I’ve been waiting a long time to give that answer. We do everything big here in Texas, so it’s very fitting that we bring our biggest event, and make history here with our first Texas pay-per-view.

All In 2024 will see Bryan Danielson put his career on the line as he challenges Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship. While MJF will put his AEW American Title on the line against Will Ospreay in Ospreay’s home country.
