TNA has signed another former WWE star.

On the July 24 edition of TNA Impact, Mara Sadè, formerly known as Jakara Jackson in WWE, made her debut with the company.

The former NXT star teamed with The IInspiration to defeat Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance, and M by Elegance.

The star started her wrestling career in 2021 when she signed with WWE following a successful try-out in Las Vegas. She went on to become a regular in NXT and later featured on SmackDown as part of the Meta-Four.

Sadè was released by WWE on May 2, 2025.

TNA Wrestling confirmed the signing of its newest Knockout: the multi-talented Mara Sadè, as announced on tonight’s live episode of the company’s flagship weekly TV show, iMPACT!, airing on AXS TV.

Sadè, from Duke City, New Mexico, has been wrestling professionally for four years – and also brings experience in track & field, basketball, volleyball and even bowling.

“I am highly goal-oriented and will run over anyone to achieve my goals, and that is: GOAL’D,” Sadè said.

Sadè’s favorite former pro wrestlers are Jacqueline Moore and Jazz.

She is highly artistic and enjoys painting. “Anything I touch turns to GOAL’D,” she said.

Sadè brings tag team experience to TNA, but is now blazing the singles path, “and I will accomplish anything and everything I want in TNA … because I check all the boxes,” she said.

Top TNA Titles Held By WWE Stars

At Slammiversary, Jacy Jayne beat Masha Slamovich to become the Knockouts Champion, adding the title to the NXT Women’s Championship she already holds.

Meanwhile, in the main event, Trick Williams defeated Joe Hendry and Mike Santana to retain the TNA World Championship. This has created the bizarre situation where both of TNA’s top championships are held by wrestlers employed elsewhere.

Unsurprisngly, this sparked heavy criticism online, with many suggesting that it proves the company is being used by WWE, rather working with them.

Following the event, TNA President Carlos Silva was forced to respond to the criticism, but he claimed he’s unconcerned, instead, focusing on the fact fans are talking about his promotion.
