A popular TNA lost out at Bound for Glory as they continue to be linked with a move to WWE.

At Bound for Glory, TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace put her title on the line against Masha Slamovich. The bout was a rematch from the 2022 edition of the same event, but this time, the result couldn’t have been more different.

In the closing stages, Grace went to hit a Grace Driver from the top rope, but Slamovich countered into a Superplex. She then quickly scooped up Grace and delivered a fierce Piledriver to claim a memorable win as she claimed the Knockouts Title for the first time.

After the match the pair embraced in the ring.

Meanwhile, Joe Hendry was again denied as he attempted to win the TNA World Championship. During the match with champion Nic Nemeth, special guest referee Frankie Kazarian tried to cash in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy he’d won earlier in the night.

However, Kazarian’s plans were thwarted by JBL who arrived through the crowd to deliver a Clothesline from Hell. The veteran then whispered something to Hendry which appeared to catch the star by surprise, and then he too was hit with another huge Clothesline. To cap off his cameo, JBL hit Ryan Nemeth with a Clothesline and departed before Nic finally saw off Hendry.

In the other big news from the show, The Hardys won the World Tag Team Titles in a wild three-way Full Metal Mayhem Match.

Jordynne Grace Attracting WWE Interest

Back in July, it was reported that Jordynne Grace’s contract would expire in January 2025. Interestingly, this is significantly earlier than originally planned as her current deal was set to run until the summer of the same year.

It’s believed Grace will attract interest from WWE if and when she becomes a free agent.

In 2024, Grace competed in the Women’s Royal Rumble as well as making several appearances on NXT television.
