TKO Hit With Shocking Accusation Regarding John Cena
John Cena’s Farewell Tour is coming to an end, and WWE is facing criticism over how it was handled.
Backstage reports already state that the company is aware that the retirement tour is not going as well as anticipated due to continuous creative changes. Furthermore, the heel turn was a wasted opportunity since The Rock did not return to WWE TV to take it forward.
Currently, The Champ’s final opponent hasn’t been decided, but the global juggernaut has fixed the event for the match: Saturday Night Main Event on December 13th, 2025.
TKO has been accused of “butchering” John Cena’s farewell tour
Actor Paul Walter Hauser spoke on TMZ’s Inside the Ring podcast about John Cena’s retirement tour. He believes that TKO has ruined the tour by having Lesnar defeat Cena for no good reason, whereas several superstars could have added more value to the tour.
I think it’s TKO. They’re butchering it. I think it would have been nice if John Cena’s farewell tour included a great mesh of prior opponents that have known him for 20 years and future stars who could use the rub. I would have loved to have seen Cena fight people like The Miz. I would have loved to see Cena fight Jericho, The Miz, Sheamus, Triple H, uh, Brock win and beat Brock. Um, why did they do that? It just feels so pointless. Why? What was the point? Seriously, guys, what was the point of that?
