TKO To Allegedly Sell WWE To Saudi Arabia Within This Time Period
TKO is allegedly selling WWE to Saudi Arabia.
Last month in November, Stevie Richards claimed on his YouTube podcast that TKO is prepping WWE for a Saudi Arabia sale by cutting salaries, trimming staff, hiking ticket prices, and hyping gates/merch over attendance.
Jonathan Coachman also firmly believes the same. On the new episode of the Coach and Bro Show, a fan asked if TKO is going to do anything about Triple H, who has been disappointing the WWE Universe with his terrible booking lately.
WWE Will Be Sold To Saudi Arabia In The Next Two Years
Coachman pointed out that TKO will probably sell WWE to Saudi Arabia in the next two years. Therefore, fans being upset with WWE CCO Triple H is the least of their concerns.
I don’t know if TKO is even concerned with that right now because we believe that they never wanted to own this, and ultimately, they’ll sell to Saudi Arabia within the next two years. So if that’s their focus and getting that 15 to 20 billion dollar sale, why would they care about Triple H right now? (From 32:22)
Vince Russo agreed with him. He then added that Vince McMahon will likely be the driving force behind the WWE sale.
I’m with you with this two-year selling to Saudi. I really think that’s the window. I really believe that’s the window. Two-year period. And hopefully, you know, in Vince’s mind and Saudi’s mind, Vince will be clear, Vince will orchestrate the deal, and then Vince will be back in the saddle again.
Mr. McMahon stepped down as WWE CEO and Chairman in June 2022, amid a board investigation into $12+ million in hush money payments to women over sexual misconduct allegations.
He briefly retired in July 2022, but returned as Executive Chairman of TKO (post-UFC merger) until resigning in January 2024, one day after Janel Grant’s lawsuit accused him of abuse and trafficking.
