TKO Already Plotting Vince McMahon’s WWE Return?
It has been said that Vince McMahon’s return to WWE is imminent. Once TKO sells WWE, The Big Man will be back in the saddle!
To recap, Vince McMahon sold WWE to TKO, joined TKO’s Board of Directors, and finally resigned in 2024 after ex-employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against him.
The Big Man disappeared from the company and public eye for a while, but now he seems to be preparing to make power moves in the industry. It was said that he appeared at the NFL to check how the fans reacted to seeing him, and it wasn’t all bad.

Vince McMahon’s return is already being planned
On The Coach and Bro, Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo discussed The Big Man’s return. It was being claimed that it is likely Vince McMahon never left, and the heat with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H was likely staged.
Coachman further explored a situation where TKO has been creating a narrative to bring back Vince McMahon by ensuring he is looked at as the good guy when he makes his way back.
So, do you think that because of that that a lot of the things because I refuse to believe that Mark Shapiro is a stupid man. He’s not. He ran ESPN. He runs TKO.
He knows how to make tons and tons of money. But he says things that are like little eye-popping, like Vince made a mistake here. Vince made him. Do you think that now they’re trying to create a narrative where they make Vince a baby face? Because when you’re talking about the ticket prices and what Vince has done, that’s going to be on the side of the fans to then make him a baby face.
So when he comes back in 18 months quietly, not as the face that he will be somebody that the fans absolutely lean into. Is that possible?
Vince McMahon is the reason why WWE and other promotions can reach audiences beyond specific regions. Fans are also hoping that if McMahon returns, the creative direction will improve.
