Tiffany Stratton Pulled From Major WWE Match

Tiffany Stratton

WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton has been pulled out of a major match, with questions being raised about her status.

On a recent edition of NXT, NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne was left infuriated by her Fatal Influence stablemates after they failed to win a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Jayne declared she was the greatest NXT Women’s Champion of all time, but she might have wished she’d kept quiet.

Stephanie Vaquer, Rhea Ripley, and Tiffany Stratton all then appeared, heading to the ring to take out Fatal Influence to close the show. The September 16th edition of NXT will be a Homecoming show from Full Sail University, and many former stars of the brand are scheduled to be part of that line-up.

The line-up for NXT Homecoming originally had Stratton, Ripley, and Vaquer teaming up to face Fatal Influence in a six-woman tag team match, but that bout now won’t take place as planned.

Tiffany Stratton Replaced For NXT Homecoming

NXT General Manager Ava took to social media before Raw to reveal that Tiffany Stratton was no longer cleared to compete and would be replaced in the match by another former NXT Women’s Champion, Lyra Valkyria:

After her WWE Women’s Championship Match on SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton is not medically cleared to compete at Homecoming. As a result, former NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria will be taking her place in the six-woman tag team match against Fatal Influence.

There is no word on the status of Tiffany Stratton as of yet. She was not scheduled to be part of the Wrestlepalooza card on September 20th.
