Tiffany Stratton Flaunts Jaw-Dropping Physique Amid WWE Absence
Tiffany Stratton is working hard while on a WWE break.
It was a breakout year for WWE’s Tiffany Stratton in 2025. The blonde bombshell started the year off in a big way by cashing in Money in the Bank on the first SmackDown of the year, and she became the WWE Women’s Champion.
As the year went on, Stratton established herself as a top star in the women’s division by beating many former champions to keep her title, including Bayley, Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 41, and WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus.
Tiffany Stratton ended up holding the WWE Women’s Title for 301 days until running into the buzzsaw that was Jade Cargill on the November 1st edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. While Stratton was able to beat Cargill in the past, Cargill was determined this time, and Stratton was dealing with a storyline knee injury, so Cargill targeted that and got the big win to win her first singles title in WWE.
Since then, Stratton has been away from WWE. There are no reports of any injuries, so it could be just a case of WWE giving Stratton some well-deserved time off after working a busy schedule. Stratton has been on the main roster for less than two years and has only been wrestling on television for about four years. At 26 years old, she has a very bright future in WWE.
In a post on Instagram, Stratton wrote: “Sorry I’ve been MIA❤️”

She also included photos of what she’s been doing by sharing gym photos that show she’s clearly in great shape, along with private moments with her dog, getting nails done, trying on outfits, and getting some Christmas shopping done, like many of us do this time of year.
Several WWE stars appear in the comments, complimenting Stratton, including Bayley, Chelsea Green, Nia Jax, Nikki Bella, Blake Monroe, Kelani Jordan, and Jaida Parker.
Tiffany Stratton Is A Natural Athlete
While discussing her journey to WWE, Tiffany Stratton has said she was a gymnast her whole life and wanted to try something else. When her mom suggested pro wrestling, Stratton decided to give it a try, and it has obviously worked out for her.
“So, yes, I was a gymnast basically my entire life. I grew up doing gymnastics. I wanted to go to the Olympics. That was like my ultimate goal. However, injuries and stuff like that kind of had me fall short of that. So eventually I had to quit gymnastics. It was very sad. Then I took up CrossFit and then I did bodybuilding for a little bit.
I kind of was- I wanted to do something a little bit more competitive, and I saw wrestling on Instagram, and my mom and I too were scrolling through the channels, and SmackDown was on. My mom had mentioned, like, ‘that’s totally something I can see you doing, ’ I was like, ‘yeah, whatever, mom, it’s fine.’
Then eventually I was like, ‘You know what, I’m gonna give it a go.’ So I looked up my nearest pro wrestling school, and it was Mr. Kennedy’s. I signed up for classes. Then my mom actually got in contact with Greg Gagne, who is an old wrestler for WWE. He agreed to train me and help me get a tryout. Then I tried out and they signed me a week later and I went through the whole system.
I was in NXT for a little bit. I was there for about two years. Then I got called up around the Royal Rumble two years ago. Then eventually I won Money In The Bank and I cashed in and I became the WWE Women’s Champion, and here we are.”
With the combination of being a natural athlete who looks amazing and continually works hard to get better in the ring, Tiffany Stratton will continue to be a significant force in the WWE women’s division. After all, that’s why WWE featured her in the WrestleMania 42 women’s division commercial, along with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and others.
