Thunder Rosa Sends Warning To AEW Roster

Thunder Rosa

Thunder Rosa says there isn’t a woman in AEW that can stop her.

On the February 24th episode of AEW Collision, Thunder Rosa demolished Lady Bird Monroe in a little over two minutes. The victory was Rosa’s fifth in a row since returning from a serious back injury that kept her sidelined for over a year.

In an exclusive backstage interview after the match, the former AEW Women’s Champion sent a warning to the rest of the roster.

“I can finally address you guys, my Thunder Army. You see what I did out there? It was easy cake. You know me, I never left. You just haven’t seen me the way that I see myself every day in the mirror. A badass, La Mera Mera Thunder Rosa was out there today and I told everybody. Again, only my luck. I have to climb my way up to the top.

Bitches, I’ve been on the top. I left on the top and guess what? I’m still on the top. It’s the same result. I will continue to be on the top. So keep putting me obstacles. I don’t care. If you get close to me, oh baby, you’re going to get burned.”

Thunder Rosa Hits Back At Speculation Around Absence

There was a great deal of controversy around Thunder Rosa’s 2023 absence with the star forced to deny that she was faking her injury and the fact she wasn’t stripped of the title for months created friction backstage. By this point, it was also something of an open secret that Thunder Rosa and Britt Baker couldn’t stand each other. It was also believed that Rosa had heat with Jamie Hayter.

Thunder Rosa recently attempted to put the controversy to bed, commenting that her back was “f*cked,” and that she was only following doctor’s orders.
