Three Raw vs. SmackDown Matches Potentially Happening At WWE Survivor Series
Smackdown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan recently issued a major challenge to their rival brand, Monday Night Raw. On tonight’s episode of Smackdown, Bryan and McMahon challenged Raw to three inter-promotional elimination matches for the thirtieth-annual Survivor Series PPV on November 20.
The first match would be a traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series elimination match featuring male wrestlers, with one team representing Raw and the other team representing Smackdown.
The second match would be a 5-on-5 tag team elimination match between 5 Raw teams and 5 Smackdown teams.
Lastly, the third match would be another 5-on-5 traditional Survivor Series elimination match, pitting a team of 5 Raw women against a team of 5 Smackdown women.
It’s expected that the Raw brand will accept the challenge as soon as this Monday so that WWE can promote those matches heavily over the next month.
