The Young Bucks AEW Title On The Line At All In Texas

The Young Bucks AEW Tag Team Champions

The Young Bucks’ precious AEW title will be on the line at All In Texas, but the match won’t be for any championship gold.

Matthew and Nicholas Jackson were two of the four wrestling Executive Vice Presidents named when AEW was formed in early 2019, alongside Cody Rhodes and Kenny Omega.

In recent times, the Young Bucks have used their power for evil as they have joined forces with the Death Riders to consolidate their power at the top of AEW. But the times are changing, and with Jon Moxley defending his AEW World Title at All In Texas against Hangman Adam Page, the Death Riders’ time on top has never been more precarious.

Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland have put their own issues to one side to try and take down the Bucks in recent weeks. And now, a huge challenge has been made for All In Texas that could have long-lasting ramifications in AEW.

The Young Bucks Face EVP Challenge

On the June 25th edition of Dynamite, The Young Bucks forced Ospreay and Strickland into a tag team match they weren’t prepared for. Nevertheless, they picked up the win, and after the match, Strickland challenged the Bucks to a huge tag team match at All In Texas.

Ospreay then added a huge stipulation to that challenge as he dared the Bucks to put their EVP titles on the line in that match. Strickland then nailed a Swerve Stomp to The Young Bucks on the outside of the ring.

Later in the night, The Young Bucks rejected that match and instead suspended Strickland for a week due to him striking company officials. That meant Strickland wasn’t in the building at the end of the night as the Bucks joined the Death Riders in laying a beating on Adam Page.
