The WWE Hall Of Famer Who Hopes Finn Balor Will Be Moved Up The Ranks

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long has voiced his support for Finn Balor, expressing his desire for the Irish superstar to finally receive the spotlight and opportunities he has long earned.

During an appearance on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Long shared his thoughts on Finn Balor’s potential in the upcoming Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Title against Gunther and Damian Priest. Long hopes the match will serve as a pivotal moment in Balor’s career, allowing him to rise to new heights.

Well, we never know, Finn does a great job and he’s been involved in a lot of good stuff, so we just never know. I hope so, I hope they’re not just wasting him, you know what I mean? I hope this kind of moves him up in the ranks.

Balor’s talent and versatility have been widely recognised since he joined WWE, where he quickly made an impact. He cemented his legacy early by becoming the first-ever WWE Universal Champion. However, his reign was cut short by injury, and he has struggled to reclaim the same level of prominence in the years since.

Despite the setbacks, Balor has remained a consistent performer, earning respect from fans and peers alike. Many, including Long, believe that Balor has the potential to reach even greater success if given the right opportunities.

What Move Did Finn Balor Refuse To Do In NXT?

Finn Balor spoke about an insane move he refused to perform during his time in NXT, Balor said that he was asked to perform his Coup de Grace finishing move off of the top of a steel cage, but refused to do it on the grounds that he could get seriously hurt doing the move, and because he was going to lose the match he argues why would he want to hit his finisher in such a spectacular manner only to lose anyway.
