The Usos Tipped For 18-Month WWE Title Run

WWE Jimmy Uso Jey Uso The Usos

One WWE Hall of Famer thinks the company needs to strap gold to The Usos for the foreseeable future.

The Usos are reunited in WWE after going their own way to differing levels of success. While Jimmy Uso continued to be linked to Solo Sikoa and his group on SmackDown, Jey Uso won the Royal Rumble before capturing the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41.

That title reign did not last long, however, and in recent weeks, Jey Uso has shown a darker side as he grows increasingly bitter about not having that gold. Jimmy Uso has tried to talk sense into his twin brother, and they recently teamed up to defeat Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed on Raw.

After that match, Roman Reigns made his huge return to WWE to get some revenge on The Vision after they put him out of action at Clash in Paris. Jey Uso was delighted to have The OTC back, Jimmy Uso was less thrilled as The Usos look to be on rocky ground again.

But as to what could be next for The Usos, with rumours of a heel turn and another split, a WWE Hall of Famer thinks he has a better idea.

The Usos Tipped To Win WWE Tag Team Gold Again

Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash explained that putting tag team gold on The Usos could help revive that division in the company:

Do they go and get the tag belts? The brothers have, like, a f*cking year and a half run with the belts to bolster that aspect of the card.

The Usos previously held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for 622 days, and during that reign, they also won the Raw Tag Team Title, which they held for over 300 days. They lost their unified title in the main event of WrestleMania 39 against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

Neither tag team title has been anywhere near that level of prominence since Jimmy and Jey Uso lost the gold, so the tag team division might not be a priority in WWE.
