The Undertaker Feels Rising WWE Star Has Yet To Reach Potential
The Undertaker thinks one of WWE’s fastest rising stars is only just getting started.
It has been less than a year since Jacob Fatu made his WWE debut as a member of Solo Sikoa’s version of The Bloodline, yet Fatu has already proven to be a major star on the rise.
The fact that Jacob Fatu has main evented the last three episodes of SmackDown is proof of how much WWE management likes him and sees potential in him.
Unfortunately for Fatu, he wasn’t able to win his Elimination Chamber Qualifying match with Damian Priest and Braun Strowman in Washington, D.C. There was chaos at ringside with Fatu’s ally Tama Tonga, former leader Solo Sikoa and WWE Champion Cody Rhodes getting involved.
Late in the match, Cody avoided an attack by Solo and Solo hit a Samoan Spike on Tama on the floor. Fatu was furious about that, which could be a tease for Fatu to be a WrestleMania opponent for Solo. Priest went on to win the match by beating Strowman.
While Fatu isn’t going to be in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, his talent has been on display for several months and The Undertaker is among many people who have taken notice.
“I Love Watching Jacob” – The Undertaker
As a retired wrestler with a popular podcast and a coaching role on the upcoming WWE LFG show, The Undertaker still keeps a close eye on everything that happens in WWE. He’s also a man who isn’t afraid to offer a critique for a wrestler.
There are some wrestlers who The Undertaker loves as guys that he would have loved to wrestle during his 30-year career as a WWE superstar.
During an interview with Shakiel Mahjouri of SHAK Wrestling. The Undertaker made it clear he’s a big fan of what Jacob Fatu is doing.
“Jacob, he hasn’t even scratched the surface. I love watching Jacob. I mean, he’s got that thing. He’s got ‘it.’ When he’s on TV, you want to see what he’s doing. So again, he is another one that just scratched the surface to where he has the potential to go.”
The Undertaker also spent this past week celebrating his wife Michelle McCool being announced as a 2025 WWE Hall of Fame inductee. Taker was right by his wife’s side when Triple H informed Michelle that she would be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year along with Triple H.
