The Undertaker Believes Rising WWE Star Will Be Special
The Undertaker believes a rising young star is on his way to have a special career in WWE.
It was one year ago on the NXT brand when WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker showed up at the end of the show to have a staredown with Bron Breakker.
During that confrontation, Breakker said he was the only badass around here. Taker responded with a Chokeslam and informed Bron that he just met the biggest badass of them all.
Bron Breakker has been performing regularly on WWE television for over three years, but the former NXT and Intercontinental Champion is still just a rookie on the WWE main roster. While Breakker recently lost the Intercontinental Championship to Jey Uso, he likely has a lot of gold in his future.
The Undertaker hosted a recent episode of his Six Feet Under podcast with fellow Hall of Famer Booker T. They spoke about Breakker’s future.
“He’s a young man. He ain’t even scratched the surface of what he’s going to do. He’s so athletic. He cuts better promos than his uncle and his dad already. He’s going to be special. He is special. Like I said, he’s only scratched the surface of what he’s going to do. He’s going to be a player for a long time.”
The uncle and dad that The Undertaker was referring to are WWE Hall of Famers The Steiner Brothers. Rick Steiner is Bron’s dad while Scott Steiner is Bron’s uncle.
Booker T spoke about how Bron Breakker not using the Steiner name should be seen as a positive.
“I think a lot of pressure was taken off of him by not using the Steiner name. I think a lot of people looked at that as a negative. I think I might have been one of the only people saying that it was actually something that was pretty cool because it didn’t give him any advantages.”
“He was gonna have to go in there, and he was gonna have to get there on his talent and his talent alone. He’s proven that he’s talent. I always say you got to know how to make it in the locker room before you have a chance at making it in the ring. For me, he’s a good listener because every time I talk to him about the littlest thing, he will always try to implement it.”
The Undertaker Is Huge Fan Of Gunther
A current WWE superstar who The Undertaker is very fond of is the World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther. During a recent podcast, The Undertaker called Gunther “my guy” and recalled the time when he told Gunther that he wished that they could have wrestled because they would have drawn a lot of money together.
