The Undertaker’s Incredible Message For John Cena Ahead Of Final WWE Match
The Undertaker is paying tribute to John Cena’s legendary WWE career.
John Cena’s in-ring WWE career is wrapping up on December 13th at Saturday Night’s Main Event after 23 years on the main roster. While Cena didn’t wrestle that often in the last five years before his 2025 retirement, he still had a long run in the company and had one of the greatest careers in WWE history.
Another man who had an extremely long WWE career was The Undertaker, who started in 1990 and retired 30 years later in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like Cena, Taker didn’t wrestle as often in the last few years of his career, but he had an incredible run at the top for many years.
There were plenty of matches between Cena and Taker in their legendary careers. However, they were also on opposite brands for much of the time, since Cena was the top face on Raw while Taker was the heartbeat of SmackDown for many years. Looking back, there were memorable moments between them, but since they were on opposite shows, there probably could have been more of them, too.
The Undertaker Congratulates John Cena on WWE Career
When John Cena faced Kurt Angle in his first match in June 2002, Cena lost, but he impressed in his debut. After the show, The Undertaker congratulated him on a good performance.
On social media, The Undertaker wrote a touching tribute to his friend, John Cena.
“Nice job”
