The Undertaker Hits Out At WWE Complacency

The Undertaker

The Undertaker has issued a warning to the WWE locker room.

Throughout his WWE career, The Undertaker was known as the locker room leader and the man who set the standard within the company.

However, now retired, he feels those standards have been allowed to slip.

During the latest episode of his Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker sat down with Gunther to discuss all things wrestling and WWE. Interestingly, while praising Gunther for his work and dedication, the WWE Hall of Famer suggested that standards are falling elsewhere.

“For somebody as established now that you (Gunther) are, one of the top heels in the company, you were here at the PC putting in reps. That right there did my soul good. Because I don’t think people care enough anymore.

I don’t want to put you on the spot, but I’m just gonna give you my perspective.

It’s starting to show in the product. I don’t know if it’s the lack of reps, or complacency, or what it is, but the little small things are really starting to become big things because it’s just not real sharp.”

The Undertaker Full Of Admiration For Gunther

The Undertaker has never been shy about declaring his admiration for the former World Champion, and that continued during this conversation. The Deadman even suggested that if he were physically able, Gunther is the only person he’d get back in the ring with.

The Undertaker hasn’t wrestled since beating AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36, but in recent months, he’s become increasingly involved backstage with WWE.
