The Time WWE Had A Good Santa Vs. Bad Santa Match On Raw

On December 23rd, 2013, WWE delivered a dose of holiday spirit to Monday Night Raw with a unique “Battle for Christmas” match that pitted two Santas against each other in a yuletide showdown.

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, stepping into the role of “Good Santa,” faced off against Damien Sandow, who embraced his inner grinch as “Bad Santa.” Both competitors donned Santa’s signature red suit, adding a whimsical yet competitive edge to the holiday-themed bout.

The match kicked off with high-energy action as the two Santas exchanged blows in the ring, setting the tone for an unforgettable spectacle. The battle soon spilled onto the entrance ramp, where Christmas-themed props became weapons of choice. Wrapped presents, wreaths, and even fully decorated Christmas trees added to the festive chaos.

As the match progressed, Sandow attempted to gain the upper hand with a fire extinguisher, hoping to temporarily blind Henry. However, his plan went awry when the extinguisher failed to work as intended. Sensing an opportunity, Henry grabbed the device and used it effectively against his opponent, turning the tide of the match.

The contest reached its conclusion when Henry executed his signature move, the World’s Strongest Slam, delivering a decisive victory over Sandow.
