The Rock Spoke To Donald Trump After Shooting Attempt

Donald Trump and The Rock

Donald Trump has praised The Rock for his “incredible” gesture.

Back in July, Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt. The former President was speaking at an open-air rally in Pennsylvania when a gunman opened fire. Trump was hit in the ear, narrowly avoiding a more serious injury. Unfortunately, the incident also resulted in one man’s death, while multiple others were critically injured.

Appearing as a guest on the latest edition of The Undertaker’s Six Feet Under podcast, Trump recalled that The Rock called him after the shooting. The WWE Hall of Famer said that before the call, he assumed The Great One didn’t like him, and he sees the call as “sort of incredible.”

“You know he was great. I never thought he liked me. I felt badly because I think he’s a terrific guy. Then Dana White said, when I was shot to the ear. You may have heard about it. Rock called Dana and said I want to have his number.

“What he did is sort of incredible. He considered it bravery. It was very nice actually, The Rock. You might mention that I said that.”

While The Rock has not commented on the phone call, he has previously made his feelings on the assassination attempt known, saying “There’s no room for that” in the United States and praising Trump for standing up after the shooting.

The Undertaker & Kane Endorse Donald Trump

Ahead of the episode’s release, The Undertaker and Kane endorsed Donald Trump in his presidential campaign. In the video posted on social media, Undertaker claimed the election was a choice between him, Kane, and Trump, or Kamala Harris, Dave Bautista, and Tim Walz.

The reason he singled out Batista in the list of opponents is because The Animal made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live where he hilariously attacked Trump’s masculinity.
