The Rock’s Reaction To WWE Fans Turning On Triple H Possibly Revealed
The Rock and Triple H aren’t close, and this has been made clear by how the events unfolded in 2025.
The Final Boss appeared at Elimination Chamber, and John Cena aligned with him. The Champ turned heel, and The Rock was supposed to push the story forward. However, he did not appear anymore on WWE TV.
Even when John Cena dethroned Cody Rhodes, there was no sight of The Brahma Bull. Fans began to wonder if he would return during the Farewell Tour, and well, he did not.
The Rock’s reaction to the fans chanting about Triple H
The WWE Universe did not like John Cena tapping out to Gunther in the final match. It wasn’t the send-off that The Champ deserved. So, fans chanted their displeasure with Triple H.
On The Coach and Bro, Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo discussed the fans’ reaction and how The Rock may have reacted to it. Vince Russo claimed that The Final Boss was sitting back and letting Triple H get decimated by the fans for his creative booking, especially after having a fallout over creative differences.
I swear I tweeted out on Saturday night when I started hearing you effed up. You effed up. I tweeted out somewhere. Rock is sitting back. And you know he was. All right. This is what you wanted, big boy. You got it.
The Rock did post a video for John Cena ahead of the retirement match.
