The One Warning WWE Gave Talent In Raw Meeting

Triple H WWE

A meeting was held for WWE talent before Raw took place in Denver, Colorado and the company had one specific warning to hand out.

Censorship has been a hot topic in WWE in 2024 with The Rock simply ignoring any rules in place leading to blackouts during some of his segments as The Final Boss got a little too hot for TV. And it seems WWE is hoping that doesn’t happen again.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that a talent meeting was held before Raw with talent warned not to get caught cursing on camera and to be aware of the cameras at ringside that can pick that up:

We have some notes coming from today’s talent meeting ahead of Raw. One of the big points that was conveyed was to try to avoid cursing on camera, and to be mindful of when ringside cameras can pick that up.

More Adult Content Coming To WWE?

There has been much speculation about what kind of product WWE will be able to produce when Raw goes to Netflix in January 2025 where normal broadcast rules don’t necessarily apply. However, one WWE star has already cautioned that there won’t be an instant switch to a very adult-oriented product.

While Raw is moving to the streaming giant, NXT and SmackDown will remain on television with NXT heading to the CW Network while SmackDown is set for a move to the USA Network after five years on FOX.
