The One Thing WWE Shouldn’t Do With Jade Cargill According To Booker T
Booker T has warned WWE off one booking idea for Jade Cargill.
Jade Cargill signed with WWE back in September 2023 after a successful run in AEW which saw her remain undefeated for over two years. Since joining the company, Cargill has made appearances on Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, coming face-to-face with some of WWE’s biggest stars. However, the star’s most impactful appearance so far came at the Royal Rumble when she threw Nia Jax over the top rope single-handedly.
During that appearance, Cargill also had a staredown with Bianca Belair, kicking off speculation that the pair could clash or even collaborate in the near future. For Booker T, the former option is far more appealing.
Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T explained that it wouldn’t be a “good look” to have Cargill and Belair teaming up before the former TBS Champion has shown what she can do in a singles run.
“It might be but I wouldn’t book it. For me it’s not a good look to have any alliances with Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill at this moment where Jade hasn’t done anything yet. She hasn’t set foot in the ring from a singles perspective, now you’re putting her in a tag team? Me personally? I wouldn’t book that match.”
Original Plans For Jade Cargill In WWE Revealed
A recent report revealed that WWE originally had plans for Jade Cargill to join Raw. However, with no appearances since the Royal Rumble, it has been noted that the star still hasn’t been assigned to any of the three brands yet, so where she ends up making her home is still up in the air.
