The Miz Finally Breaks Silence On WWE Exit Rumors
The Miz finally addressed the speculations about his WWE future on social media.
The Stamford-based company recently decided not to renew the contracts of multiple popular superstars, including R-Truth and Carlito.
Following the shocking news, reports suggested that The Miz has unfollowed WWE on X and removed all mentions of the promotion from his account.
With the two-time Grand Slam Champion’s contract reportedly expiring this year, many wondered if he was on his way out of the company.
The former WWE Champion finally took to Instagram to address these rumors, denying that he made any changes to his social media recently.
The Miz explained that he initially wanted to ignore these speculations because he did not want to draw attention to them. However, he finally decided to clear the air on these rumors.
The 44-year-old veteran emphasized that his relationship with the Stamford-based company is at its best, pointing out the release of his Miz Golf on WWE’s YouTube.
I haven’t changed that in like five years. I haven’t unfollowed WWE at all. WWE and I are in very good standings. Like, we just dropped ‘Miz Golf,’ which part of WWE’s YouTube.

The Miz wrote an emotional message to R-Truth Following WWE exit announcement
The Awesome One has a long history with R-Truth in WWE as they formed the Awesome Truth tag team. The two even held the World Tag Team Championship for 79 days last year.
Following R-Truth’s announcement that he would be leaving the company after 17 years, The Miz took to X to send him an emotional message.
Forming Awesome Truth with you was one of the best runs of my career. No one made me laugh harder. Your energy, heart, and smile lit up every room…and every arena. You’re not one of a kind, you’re one in a lifetime. Love you, Truth. Keep shining.
The Miz is set to host American Gladiators. Hence, the SmackDown star might take time off from WWE, according to recent reports.
Meanwhile, R-Truth returned at Money in the Bank to attack John Cena, costing The Franchise Player and Logan Paul their tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.
