The Kabuki Warriors Suffer Huge Loss On WWE SmackDown Ahead Of Title Match

The Women’s tag team division in WWE is currently hotter than it has ever been in the last few years, as multiple top stars who are part of the division are vying for the tag team championships.

The Kabuki Warriors are set to defend their titles on next week’s episode of RAW against the team of Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. Things have been heated between these two teams for the last few months now.

They got into a brawl last week on SmackDown along with the other teams on the brand, leading to Nick Aldis announcing tonight’s huge eight-woman tag team match.

Rhea Ripley and IYO earn momentum ahead of WWE title match

Lash Legend and Nia Jax teamed up with The Kabuki Warriors as they took on the team of Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, and IYO SKY. The heels jumped the bell, and the match began with Asuka taking control of the match for her team.

The heels were in control for much of the match as they used all sorts of underhanded tactics to keep themselves in control. However, things changed once Rhea Ripley entered the ring.

She took out Kairi Sane in the ring with a Riptide before tagging IYO in, who hit her with an Over-the-Moonsault to pin one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
