Solo Sikoa reveals what he feels about his performance as ‘The Tribal Chief’

The fact that WWE put Sikoa in that position, right after Reigns had taken time off WWE TV. This was seen as quite the responsibility for the current United States Champion.

However, his performance did get a round of applause from the fans, especially since it wasn’t easy to walk in Reigns’ shoes.

While speaking to TV Insider, Sikoa revealed that he believes he did a good job as ‘The Tribal Chief’ despite being thrown in deep waters.

I’m in the deep end. I was thrown into the deep waters where it was like sink or swim. After the first year, I’ve been swimming. I was in the room with Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman and just sitting under that learning tree. Then when it became my time to shine, the company gave me the opportunity with the Tribal Chief character, I made it work the best I could. I think I did a great job. [h/t: Fightful]

Solo Sikoa’s Tribal Chief character concluded after Roman Reigns defeated him in a Tribal Combat on WWE RAW’s debut on Netflix.
