Taz Gets Involved As Title Changes Hands At AEW All In

Taz in AEW

Taz has finally seen enough as he was forced to intervene as a title changed hands in Wembley Stadium at AEW All In.

For months Chris Jericho has been embroiled in a feud with HOOK over the FTW Title that was created in the nineties by HOOK’s father, Taz. Jericho and HOOK formed a short-lived team in AEW but as Jericho’s presence began to become overbearing, a split was inevitable as the first AEW World Champion transformed into The Learning Tree.

Chris Jericho captured the FTW Championship from HOOK at Dynasty and he has added Big Bill and Bryan Keith to his stable as they took out HOOK, Samoa Joe, and Katsuyori Shibata in the months that followed.

Taz Helps HOOK Win Big At Wembley

At All In, HOOK was given one last chance to face Chris Jericho for the FTW Championship with the stipulation being that the second-generation star would not get another shot at the gold if he lost.

In Wembley Stadium, Jericho, Bill, and Keith attacked as FTW Rules mean anything goes. The trio did their best to see off HOOK but he would not stay down, continuing to take the fight to The Learning Tree. Eventually, it all got too much for Taz who was on commentary for the bout as HOOK locked in Red Rum on Jericho, Taz left his post to lock in the Tazmission on Bryan Keith as Jericho gave up and lost his title.
