Stephanie Vaquer Issues Warning Prior To WWE Raw Debut
Stephanie Vaquer made some interesting comments ahead of her official WWE Raw debut match.
When Stephanie Vaquer lost the NXT Women’s Title to Jacy Jayne on the May 27th edition of NXT, it was a shocking title change because many fans expected Vaquer to have a long title reign that would last a few more months.
The way it was done protected Vaquer because Jayne had help from Jazmyn Nyx, who distracted the referee, and Fallon Henley, who performed a cheap shot before Jayne secured the win.
Three days after the loss, WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce announced that Vaquer would be joining the Raw brand immediately. That announcement made it understandable why WWE decided to take the NXT Women’s Title off Vaquer.
Competing on Raw is nothing new for Vaquer, who has had several matches on the brand over the past month, including against the Women’s World Champion Iyo Sky.
Stephanie Vaquer Ready For Official WWE Raw Debut, Liv Morgan Responds
In her first official match as a Raw superstar, Vaquer will be a triple threat Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match against Liv Morgan and Ivy Nile. Morgan is a former Women’s MITB winner.
Vaquer commented on X/Twitter that she was ready for it.
“Ready or not, hell is unleashed tonight on Raw.”
Liv Morgan had an interesting response to that.
“Good thing I’m a sinner
Welcome to my show, Stephanie”
The reason Morgan says “my show” is because she’s been very successful on Raw over the last two years and is a current Women’s Tag Team Champion with Raquel Rodriguez.
In addition to joining the WWE Raw brand, Stephanie Vaquer will also be in action next Saturday, June 7th at the WWE-AAA Worlds Collide show in Los Angeles.
At WWE Worlds Collide, Vaquer will team up with Lola Vice against AAA’s Dalys and Chik Tormenta. Worlds Collide takes place earlier in the day in Los Angeles, which is also where Money in the Bank will take place.
Good thing I’m a sinner 😉
Welcome to my show, Stephanie 🤭 https://t.co/v4ovoN6siE
