Stephanie McMahon Sends Heartfelt Message To Current WWE Champion
Stephanie McMahon gives her praise to Stephanie Vaquer.
Naomi relinquished the WWE Women’s World Championship on August 18, 2025, during Monday Night Raw after announcing her pregnancy. She stated she would be going on maternity leave, unable to defend the title, and thus vacated the championship by leaving it in the ring in an emotional segment.
Stephanie Vaquer defeated IYO SKY at WWE’s inaugural Wrestlepalooza event to capture the vacant Women’s World Championship. Their encounter was a highly technical, emotionally charged back-and-forth, where both wrestlers displayed their full arsenal. After surviving SKY’s top-rope offense, Vaquer landed a Spinal Tap for the three-count, earning her first title on WWE’s main roster and capping off a classic match that electrified the Indianapolis crowd.
Following her grand victory at Wrestlepalooza, Stephanie McMahon logged onto X/ Twitter to admire her talent and celebrate her win.
Steph tweeted, “I believe in you @Steph_Vaquer! All anyone has to do is watch last night’s match with @Iyo_SkyWWE and they will believe too. La Primera es la campeona! licitaciones!”

The Undertaker Inducted Stephanie McMahon Into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame at Wrestlepalooza
On the same night, Stephanie McMahon was named the first inductee to the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026. The Undertaker, who arrived ringside on his motorcycle in full “American Badass” persona, delivered the announcement, shocking the crowd and Stephanie herself.
Sitting beside McMahon, he engaged in playful banter before declaring her the first announced name for the next year’s induction. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on April 3, 2026, the night before WrestleMania 42.
Stephanie McMahon’s WWE history stretches from childhood, starting with merchandise modeling, to becoming one of the most influential women in sports entertainment. Debuting as an on-screen character in 1999, she rose through the ranks, winning the WWE Women’s Championship in 2000, serving as SmackDown GM, Raw Commissioner, and as an executive, was Chief Brand Officer, and eventually co-CEO over the decades.
Alongside her storyline and real-life husband, Triple H, she co-led The Authority, steering the main WWE storylines for a decade. McMahon stepped down from executive duties in 2023 but remains a defining presence in wrestling media and legacy.
