Solo Sikoa Tipped To Win World Championship Gold In 2025

Is Solo Sikoa next in line?

Survivor Series was a rough night for Solo Sikoa as he continues his battle for family supremacy with Roman Reigns.

In the show’s main event, Sikoa was pinned by Reigns as he led his team of CM Punk, Sami Zayn, and The Usos to victory in WarGames. Not even the bickering and unrest between Punk and Reigns could stop their momentum with Paul Heyman just about keeping things on the right track at ringside.

But although Sikoa came up short on the big night, one WWE Hall of Famer doesn’t think that will slow him down heading into 2025.

Rikishi Makes Big Solo Sikoa Prediction

During a recent episode of his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi was asked whether Sikoa might need a Wiseman to guide him as Paul Heyman has done for Roman Reigns. The veteran somewhat dismissed the idea before tipping his son to become World Champion within the next 12 months.

I honestly think that advice can be good for something like a consultant, and I’ll leave it at that, but I got full confidence in Solo. He’s a college graduate. This kid is smart. He knows he’s easy coming a mile away. He knows how to adapt, and so if you don’t come correct towards Solo, yeah, well, he’s gonna call you out on it, most definitely.

It’s his time to eat. He’s been out for a minute, perfecting the craft. Waited his turn. Waited for his opportunity. [In] 2025, I see Solo Sikoa [as] WWE Champion.”

To date, Solo Sikoa has challenged for the World Championship on two occasions, losing out both times to Cody Rhodes. At SummerSlam 2024 he lost a match under Bloodline Rules following the return of Roman Reigns. His second unsuccessful challenge came on the September 13th edition of SmackDown where he lost out in a Cage Match.

Sikoa is yet to win singles gold on the main roster, having just a North American Title win on his CV going back to his run in NXT.
