Sheamus Injured At WWE Survivor Series
Survivor Series ended with several injury worries for WWE and now it seems Sheamus was also left hurt after a hard-hitting match on the show.
At Survivor Series, The OG Bloodline got the win in WarGames but it came at a cost. In the post-show press conference, Jey Uso revealed that Jimmy broke his toe when he jumped from the cage, but there was even more concerning news regarding Bronson Reed.
A report after the event noted Bronson Reed suffered injuries to one and possibly both of his ankles when he made a giant leap from the cage. The star was helped to the back following the match. There was better news on Jacob Fatu after he heavily sold his leg after a mistimed leap. While this wasn’t planned, Fatu is said to be fine.
However, it has since emerged that one other WWE star left Survivor Series nursing injuries after a hard-hitting match.
Sheamus Suffers Injury At WWE Survivor Series
Survivor Series saw Bron Breakker defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Ludwig Kaiser and Sheamus in a triple threat match. Breakker claimed the victory after he laid out the Irish star with a spear to continue his impressive run in the company.
During an interview with Bron Breakker on the 2nd of December edition of Raw, Cathy Kelley noted that Sheamus had suffered a broken rib at Survivor Series. Ludwig Kaiser soon interrupted and took credit for putting Sheamus on the shelf harking back to when Sheamus took Kaiser out with a rib injury earlier in the year.
It remains to be seen how long Sheamus will be out of action.
