Shane McMahon’s Son Open To WWE Career

Shane McMahon’s son Declan has admitted he’d love to get in the ring.

Although Shane McMahon was brought up in the wrestling business he was never trained as a wrestler or prepared for in-ring combat. However, that didn’t stop him from jumping off as many tall structures as he could find in the name of entertainment.

McMahon’s grandfather founded what would later become WWE in the early 1950s, and his dad his Vince McMahon, so there was no doubt he’d find his way into the wrestling industry in some shape or form.

So perhaps it’s unsurprising that his son Declan isn’t closing the door on a career with WWE either.

Speaking to WU Online’s Michael Weaver Jr, Declan said he’s not ruling out the possibility of getting in the ring.

“When you’ve come up in this business, and you’ve seen it…

I’m never ruling it out. I would love to get in the ring, maybe, a couple times. But obviously you have to see if the opportunity presents itself. It’s all about the story. But, we’ll see.”

Declan, who was recently shown in the crowd at Fastlane, believes he’d find success and fans would get behind him if he ever chooses to follow that path.

“I think a lot of fans would get behind it if we ended up doing it. I think I’d be pretty good at it. But you never know. Never ruling that option out.”

Was Hulk Hogan’s Son Really Going To Wrestle Shane McMahon?

Shane McMahon was recently back in the news after Hulk Hogan claimed that his son was set to face him at WrestleMania 39.

However, despite the claims from Hogan, it’s since been reported that his son Nick hasn’t been mentioned in WWE circles for well over a decade, let alone for a match at WrestleMania.

While Nick Hogan and his famous father were nowhere to be seen at WrestleMania, Shane McMahon did get back in the ring. Although he got injured just seconds into his impromptu match with The Miz.
