Shane McMahon Joining AEW Could Create Chaos

Shane McMahon

An AEW wrestler believes if Shane McMahon worked for the company then it would create chaos in a good way.

As the oldest child and only son of former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, many people thought that Shane McMahon would run the company just like his father and grandfather. Instead, Shane left the company in late 2009 and when he came back in 2016, he only did so as an on-screen performer without any backstage role.

Over the last several months, Shane McMahon has been linked to All Elite Wrestling and even met AEW’s Owner Tony Khan in person. Recently, Shane was at the airport at the same time as AEW EVP’s The Young Bucks, who of course posted a photo with Shane to get the wrestling world talking.

Shane McMahon Praised By AEW’s Brody King

Brody King is a veteran AEW wrestler who is a part of the House of Black stable. When asked about Shane by Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, King gave an interesting answer while also showing respect to Shane.

“I don’t know, chaos? [Laughs] I feel like the whole Internet wrestling community would go up on fire that day. But that’s what I kind of live for, I live for the unexpected and the unpredictable, so I don’t know, whether it be good or bad, it would definitely get people talking, and Shane has always been someone that’s kind of gone by his own drum.”

“He never had to be the wrestler he was, he never had to be a wrestler at all, and he did. You could tell that he definitely has a passion for pro wrestling. It’s easy to be the son of a rich guy, but to do the death-defying things he did as a pro wrestler and getting in the ring with other pro wrestlers, that speaks a whole nother volume to his character and him as a person.”

While there is no official word on Shane joining AEW any time soon, there are people in WWE who think that Shane O Mac could be All Elite.
