Several WWE Stars On Brink Of Return
A stable of absent WWE stars are set to make their television return soon.
The Wyatt Sicks group consists of Bo Dallas as Uncle Howdy, alongside Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Nikki Cross. They pay tribute to the late, great Bray Wyatt, who was Bo Dallas’s older brother.
After making a significant impact on Raw in 2024, The Wyatt Sicks were moved to SmackDown in January and have sat on the sidelines since then.
It was reported in January that an injury issue was keeping The Wyatt Sicks off WWE television, but nothing specific was known about it. Later in March, it was revealed that Bo Dallas/Uncle Howdy had suffered an injury and that WWE was willing to wait for him to get healthy before bringing the group back.
There were reports that The Wyatt Sicks may have feuded with The Judgment Day, which could have led to a WrestleMania match, but that didn’t happen.
WWE Return Of The Wyatt Sicks Expected “Sooner Than You Think”
Mike Johnson of PWInsiderElite.com has reported that “new creative pitches have been made” for The Wyatt Sicks to return to television. The report cited a WWE creative source.
The PWI Elite report also mentioned that Wyatt Sicks’s return to SmackDown could happen “sooner than you think.” That could be a tease that it will happen as soon as the May 23rd edition of SmackDown or perhaps a week or two later.
Tonight’s May 23rd edition of WWE SmackDown is on Bray Wyatt’s birthday, so it would be fitting for the group to return.
Alexa Bliss has been linked to The Wyatt Sicks due to her past as an ally of Bray Wyatt. Since Bliss is also on SmackDown, there could be a future interaction with The Wyatt Sicks. Bliss recently qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match and started a storyline with Charlotte Flair, who isn’t keen on being a Bliss ally.
Fightful Select has reported that the Wyatt Sicks group is at SmackDown in Savannah, GA, tonight, so they could be back on television as soon as tonight.
