Seth Rollins Reveals Approximate WWE Return Date
Seth Rollins has shared a positive update about his full-time WWE return.
The Visionary had been involved in a personal feud with Cody Rhodes, leading up to their Crown Jewel Championship match at Crown Jewel in October.
Both superstars had been trading jibes at one another while appearing on each other’s brands; however, his interactions usually left him contemplating going up against The American Nightmare due to his standing negative record.
At Crown Jewel, Rollins managed to turn the tide in his favor by securing his first win over Rhodes in four meetings, although it came at a price.
At one point in the match, Seth Rollins had Cody Rhodes hung upside down on one of the turnbuckles.
The 39-year-old aimed at hitting a coast-to-coast from the opposite turnbuckle. While he managed to land it successfully, Rollins fell awkwardly on his left arm, injuring it.
He finished the match, but was subsequently written off from storylines and was even stripped of his World Heavyweight Championship.
Seth Rollins Reveals WWE Return Timeline
Recently, Seth Rollins revealed that he had gotten rid of his shoulder braces and was mobile again.
According to the latest update provided by him, he could return to in-ring competition before WrestleMania 42, which is scheduled for April 18 & 19 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
During an interview with Jay Mohr, he confirmed that he had suffered a torn rotator cuff and claimed that he should be back by March or April.
I have a few more months left with my shoulder. I had my rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago, almost nine from when we’re talking right now. So, I’ve got another three months, four months at least. [H/T: The TakeDown on SI]
