Seth Rollins Makes Surprising Claim During WWE Injury Absence
Seth Rollins is currently out of action due to an injury.
The Visionary faced Cody Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Championship at Crown Jewel 2025 in Perth, Australia. He won the match but walked out with an injury.
At one point in the match, he gave Cody a coast-to-coast headbutt from the other side of the ring and landed awkwardly on his left shoulder, which caused him to sustain the injury.
WWE wrote him off TV with a betrayal angle where The Vision (Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman) turned on him and kicked him out of the group.
He was also forced to relinquish his World Heavyweight Championship.
Seth Rollins is still recovering from his injured shoulder, which also required him to go under the knife.
Amidst his absence from TV, he and his wife recently appeared on the Busted Open podcast.
Seth Rollins Feels “Great” At Home
During the show, Seth Rollins was asked to share an update on his injury and recovery journey.
While many wrestlers find it frustrating to miss TV time, Rollins surprisingly revealed that he’s enjoying his time off.
It was mainly because he gets to spend more time with his daughter and talk about American football.
Rollins said:
I’m great. I’m wonderful. I’m enjoying the time off to an extent. Took a couple weeks to kind of wrap my head around having to forfeit my World Heavyweight Championship, but it’s been good.
The time off has been nice. Get to spend time with our daughter, getting to talk American football, watch my wife be the greatest of all time. it’s not been too bad. Looking forward to getting back whenever that happens.
At the same time, he’s also eager to get back in the ring. In a previous interview, Rollins said that he’s targeting a return around WrestleMania season.
